quit smoking – second day

Eh, it’s not so bad at the moment. I don’t really think about it, smoking, much. I’m pretty confident that I’ll make it through these first three days. The test is going to come when I’m hanging out with others who are smoking.

Heh, but seeing as how I rarely “hang out”, I think I’m at an advantage.

I noticed that I’m a lot hungrier now. I feel like eating, and eating, and eating. And, I’m picky. I don’t just want anything, I want something that tastes good. I also have energy and feel like I can “do” things now. I feel like I’m sharper, more alert, and also more aggressive. So, I’ll try to play to those strengths.

I think I’ll have a glass of wine before bed tonight.
